Greenville Fence & Deck provides residential and commercial outdoor construction services, including but not limited to custom deck design and build, composite and wood deck installation, deck repair and replacement, deck staining and sealing, vinyl and wood fence installation, pergola installation, covered patios, screened porches, and related outdoor structures. Services are performed in Greenfield, CA and surrounding communities as determined by us on a project-by-project basis.
All services are subject to a written contract executed before work begins. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or commitment to perform services.
Any estimate we provide - whether verbal, written, or submitted through the Site - is an approximation based on information available at the time of the estimate. Estimates are not binding contracts. A written project agreement, signed by both parties, is required before any work begins.
The final price may differ from an initial estimate if the scope of work changes, unforeseen site conditions are discovered, material prices change before contract execution, or additional work is requested by the customer. We will inform you of any change in price before proceeding with any work outside the original agreed scope.
Project start dates are estimates based on our current workload, material availability, and permit processing timelines. We will make reasonable efforts to begin and complete work on the agreed schedule, but delays caused by weather, permit delays, material supply issues, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of our agreement.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project after a contract has been signed, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposits or fees, will be specified in the written project agreement.
Payment terms are specified in the written project agreement. A deposit is typically required before materials are ordered and work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or as specified in the agreement. Accepted payment methods will be noted in the project agreement.
Invoices not paid by the due date specified in the agreement may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including the right to file a mechanics lien on the property in accordance with California law.
For projects requiring a building permit, we will handle the permit application process as part of our service. You agree to provide accurate information about your property and any applicable homeowners association rules. Delays caused by permit processing, HOA approvals, or requirements you did not disclose at the time of contracting are not our responsibility unless we agreed in writing to manage those processes.
You are responsible for ensuring that the project complies with any HOA covenants, deed restrictions, or other property-specific rules before signing a contract with us.
We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms - including the duration and scope of any workmanship warranty - will be set out in the written project agreement.
Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers of the materials used and are separate from any workmanship warranty we offer. We will provide manufacturer warranty documentation at project completion where applicable.

This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for certain types of damages, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.
